Sponsoring opportunities
For the DW&BI Summit we offer several sponsoring options you can choose from, depending on the type sponsorship package that you wish to choose:

If you choose to be an exhibitor at our conference you will be appointed a table top with two chairs, an electrical outlet, WiFi and space for a roll-up banner. Having an exhibition space allows you to introduce your company to your target audience in a relaxed manner. It is also a great way to let the attendees get acquainted with the nature of your company and the possibilities within your organisation. In short, it is the perfect opportunity for networking. To enhance getting in contact with the attendees, the table tops will be placed on a strategic location, more specifically in a room where during the conference all coffee breaks will take place. This way you will have ample opportunity to exchange business cards and get in touch with your target audience.
An important and optional part of this sponsorship package is a full year Content Partnership with the portal BI-Platform.nl for 2020. A very interesting option that most partners opt for since this offers a full year exposure with blogs, whitepapers and often even video. BI-Platform is the leading website on Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Management, Big Data and Analytics in The Netherlands.
Exhibitors can choose to host a sponsored session which is adapted to the theme of the specific event. We have very limited sponsored sessions available and exhibitors will be required to apply for such a session. The session needs to be of high quality reflecting the high standards of the conference and can be in English or Dutch. To submit your request for a sponsored session we need a synopsis of the presentation and resume of the intended speaker. The program committee will evaluate request for these sessions and then make a final decision.In our schedule of presentations there is a time slot of 30 minutes reserved for vendor sessions once or twice each day and these will be Plenary. These sessions present you with an ideal opportunity to introduce the attendees of our events to a new development within your organisation or a new product, which is related to the central theme of the event.
During the promotional stage of our event we offer you the opportunity to present your company in several different ways. For example, you can choose to sponsor the reception on day one of the conference. Or have your company’s logo printed in related advertisements and brochures or to have it placed on our website. If you choose the latter, we can create a hyperlink from your logo to the website of your choice.
Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to place a banner including a hyperlink of the event you participate in on your own website, so that visitors to your website know where and when your company will be presenting itself.
On this edition of our conference we offer four packages:
- Platinum sponsorship: exhibition space during both days supplemented with one Plenary 30 minute sponsored session on one of the days supplemented with Content Partnership on BI-Platform for the whole year 2020 (includes a video interview during the conference)
- Gold sponsorship: exhibition space during both days supplemented with one Plenary 30 minute sponsored session on one of the days
- Silver sponsorship: exhibition space during both days supplemented with Content Partnership on BI-Platform for the whole year 2020 (includes a video interview during the conference)
- Bronze sponsorship: exhibition space during both days.
